We practice the ethical treatment of all our local porters and guides. Our porters and helpers during trekking and mountaineering are physically fit and strong and can carry your bags easily throughout the trek. Most of them speak reasonable English. Our support team is insured, paid well, and fully supplied with the required mountain equipment being all the gears renewed yearly. Every two trekkers get one porter. If you are a sole trekker, there will be a porter for each trekker. In the lodge treks, the maximum weight limit for a porter ranges between 25-30kg.

For the furtherance of his knowledge in the sector, Bhagwat successfully completed his 2-year course in Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality Management from Thames Valley University in the United Kingdom.
