Ang Gombu Sherpa is a highly experienced climbing and trekking guide who has been working in the field since 2007. He has undergone formal training in basic mountaineering and rescue operations through the Nepal Mountaineering Association, demonstrating his commitment to safety and professional development. Additionally, he has participated in an Eco Trekking Workshop organized by the Trekking Agencies’ Association of Nepal, reflecting his awareness of sustainable and responsible trekking practices. Ang Gombu holds a trekking guide license from the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hospitality Management, further solidifying his credentials. Over the years, he has successfully summited numerous peaks, including Makalu, Tukuche, Dhampus, Pachhermo, Island Peak, Lobuche Peak, Mera Peak, and several others. His technical expertise, physical endurance, and deep knowledge of high-altitude trekking make him a valuable asset to any expedition.
